DY-VHDP-Vertical Hydraulic Double-cylinder Pre-heater is matched with thermoplastic road marking machine, and used for melting thermoplastic paint. It improves the road marking efficiency.

Q:We use thermoplastic paint, and also need to know how we can heat the materials(thermoplastic) prior to load to the container of the marking machine. Do they provide a separate heating facility?

A: There is a separate machine, the paint kettle(paint pre-heater) to heat the paint with LPG.

Q: We also need to clarify about the hopper. width of marking is 100mm. Please clarify.

A: Hopper(Marking shoe) could be optional: 100/150/200/300mm.

The standard configuration is 150mm. It could change into 100mm without extra charge.
